Healthy eating is a concept that everyone wants to apply...our philosophy is to provide food that is high in fiber, with natural vitamins and proteins because a good diet is a lifestyle that promotes good health, but also tastes delicious!
We strongly believe that a balanced diet and good quality food are the secret to living healthy.
Our kitchen uses ingredients that are specially selected and best in quality: whole grain still has the bran and the germ attached and it is rich in fiber, minerals and vitamins, our first choice; fruit and vegetables have a high content of nutrients that are vital for our body to function well. Our supplies come directly from Roger's farm where everything is organic produced; these foods include essential components, such as iron, magnesium, zinc, as well as B vitamins.
We need protein for the building and repairing of tissue in our body: we use only prime meat and fish; plenty of legums that helps improve glycemic control; low fat dairy products; Italian olive oil, vegetable oils and oily fish that are rich in unsaturated fat, the good fat.
